Answers to common questions about finding tournaments, registration, public results, club access, and privacy in ClayPoint Pro.
Do I need an account to view tournaments?
No. Published tournaments, public event details, squads, and results can be viewed without opening a club account.
Who controls registration and squad changes?
The club hosting the tournament controls registration windows, eligibility, fees, availability, and squad assignments.
Why can I see a tournament but not register?
Registration may not have started, may have closed, or may have been disabled by the hosting club. The tournament page shows the current registration state.
Are my contact details public?
No. Public tournament projections exclude account, contact, payment, package, guardian, and private operational fields.
How are score corrections handled?
Authorized tournament staff control score entry and governed corrections. Public results reflect the competition data the club has approved for publication.
Where do I get help?
For a specific tournament, contact its hosting club. Club users should work with their organization administrator for account and permission help.
