Last updated: August 29, 2026

Using the service

You may use ClayPoint Pro only for lawful tournament, registration, scoring, reporting, and related club operations. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only the access and records your role permits.

Club responsibilities

Hosting clubs control their tournament rules, eligibility, schedules, fees, refunds, squadding, score approval, and published results. Clubs are responsible for obtaining any required participant or guardian consent and for assigning appropriate staff permissions.

Shooter and public responsibilities

Participants must review tournament-specific rules and contact the hosting club about entry changes or disputes. You may not scrape private records, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or attempt to bypass access controls.

Competition records

ClayPoint Pro provides tools for authorized staff to record and publish competition data. The hosting club remains the authority for official tournament decisions, corrections, awards, and interpretations of its rules.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Features may change as the platform develops. Material updates to these terms will be reflected by the date above.

Account action

Access may be suspended or removed when needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse, or enforce organizational permissions. Users remain responsible for activities performed through their accounts.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ClayPoint Pro is not responsible for club-controlled rules, event decisions, field conditions, participant conduct, or losses caused by unauthorized account use.
